Vegan Seal The Deal Eye Liner + Shadow Sealer is a liquid solution to a professional problem helping your makeup application be tear proof and sweat proof. Part of the Wellness Aloe Vera Skincare, it provides water resistance to your makeup application. It is a liquid converter, when mixed with cake eyeliners, powder eye shadows, mineral makeup, pigments or brow makeup to create a makeup cream.
It can be applied over eye shadow makeup with a soft shadow brush, over a cosmetic pencil with a soft liner brush or with a spoolie over a brow pencil or makeup. Mix with liquid or cream makeup.
This Wellness Aloe Vera Skincare product has Aloe Vera Gel as the first Ingredient. Formula (not water) helps to seal your look to last, while it provides moisturizing benefits to the delicate, sensitive eye area.
With the convenient dropper you can control the opaqueness or sheerness of your color for tone on tone watercolor tinting effects or deep color cream accented applications.

Life saver, my eyeshadow and liner stays in place.
It makes smooth, waterproof liner and it works on eyebrows as well. A little goes a long way. � No irritation. I have been using this for several months and it's worked beautifully for everything I've tried. This is now a staple.
