Dip the tip of The Neo-Powder Brush into the lightest shade, sweeping toward the center of the highlighter palette and apply to the temples, cheekbones, brow bones, bridge of nose, cupids bow, and chin. This will create a natural glow.

Pro Tips & Tricks:
Apply the lightest shade as inner eye highlighter. Apply the middle shade to the eyelid. Sweep the darkest shade in your crease and under your lower lash line to frame the eye and create a brazen contoured eye look.
