About Pro Discounts

Most stores offer professional discounts but you pay a lot for the shipping. Camera Ready Cosmetics™ offers both. Many of our products are discounted to pro artists, and every order over $60.00 in the USA is sent with FREE shipping.  We offer a Pro Discount and an “Aspiring Pro” discount for those that have not yet hit the pro status.

1. Create an account
2. Submit the required documentation (listed below)
3. Wait for a confirmation that we've reviewed and processed your request. If you are qualiified you will receive an email in 1 to 14 days.

Create an Account

In order to purchase at the reduced pro prices you need to create an Account. Please use the "Log In" tab at the top of the page and choose "Click here to create a new account."

Once you have created an account and emailed the proper documentation please complete the form below.

After you have created an account and sent the required documentation we will review your information.  If you are approved for pro status we will email you within 2 weeks to let you know that we have upgraded your account.  Pro discounts are given on the products listed in the “Pro Discount” and the "Pro Exclusive" category and not on every product in the store.

Applying for a Pro Discount

To obtain a Pro Discount at CRC we ask you to scan and email one of the following documents. 

  Pick just one of the following so send us.

• A call sheet dated within the last 12 months (a call sheet for a paid job, not a test job) and a copy of your driver’s license
• A union ID and a copy of your driver’s license
• A Current Cosmetology license and a copy of your driver’s license
• A link to an IMBD page with your name as makeup artist or assistant and a copy of your driver’s license
• Website porfolio with published print ads or published editorials.  Please send a link to the website portfolio.
• Scan of a published print ad you have done the makeup for. If this is not on your website portfolio please send the photographers name and number with the scan.
• Scan of an Editorial in a magazine with your name as Makeup and/or Hair (ezines/internet magazines will not be accepted) this must be a magazine in print and available on newsstands, your name must be readable with a copy of your driver’s license.

Applying As an Aspiring Artist

• As an Aspiring Artist we will accept your website portfolio with at least 6 shots of your work. The shots must be of 6 different models. This porfolio must be available to the public.   

 OR

• A certificate and/or enrollment papers from one of the following makeup schools
