Hydrating, smooth-gliding formula has conditioning Chamomile and Allantoin to strengthen brow hair, add healthy shine, and tame and soften coarse brows. Fine fibers plump and texturize for a fuller, thicker look.
Unique precision brush delivers a perfect payoff to coat and define individual brow hairs. Tints fill in sparse brows and cover light blonde or gray brow hairs while blending in with natural hair color. Gives all day hold and is water soluble to remove easily.
