Due to the Holiday period (11/22 - 11/29), please be aware that order processing and shipping times may be extended or delayed.  Thank you for your understanding!  

 

Ground Shipping (USA only) 
U.S. orders that contain flammable ingredients (ORMD) must be shipped ground. Products in this category include airbrush makeup, brush cleaners, spirit gum, and many other special fx items. Most of the products considered ORMD will have (USA Only) in the title.  Please review the product description to confirm it is a part of this selection. Ground shipping may take up to 4 weeks for delivery. For faster ground shipping, please see FedEx Ground

First Class Shipping/Free Shipping
For U.S. orders shipped with First Class service or our Free Shipping option can take up to 21 business days to reach its destination once the order has shipped.  Please keep in mind that orders take 24 hours to process.

Priority Shipping
For U.S. orders shipped with Priority service can take up to 5 business days to reach its destination once the order has shipped.  Please keep in mind that orders take 24 hours to process.

Express Shipping
For U.S. orders shipped with Express service can take up to 2 business days to reach its destination once the order has shipped.   Please keep in mind that orders take 24 hours to process.

Processing Time:

Orders are not shipped the day you order; orders normally take 24 hours to process. This does not include holidays and weekends. Orders placed prior to 2PM (Central Standard Time) ship the following business day.

Shipping Method:

We offer 3 types of shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please read them carefully before you order.

USPS First Class Shipping - Any size, anywhere in the USA, Free on orders over $35.00

First Class Shipping can take 1-14 business days. Most packages are delivered within 5 days.  We do not make any time guarantees on First Class Shipping. Orders are normally shipped from our store within 24 hours of the order placement if you are shipping via Pay Pal or shipping to the billing address on your credit card. If this is your first order and you are having items sent to an address that is not on your credit card the order can be held for a few extra days, if the card can not be verified the order may be rejected.

USPS Priority Shipping - $9.99 any size, anywhere in the USA

  • Priority mail takes 1-5 business days. Orders take 24 hours to process.
  • Please contact us if you do not receive your Priority Package in 5 business days from the date of your order.
  • Signature Confirmation is available for a nominal fee at check out for first class and Priority orders.  We highly suggest you order with signature if you are in anything but a safe single family residence. Always ask for signature to a multi resident complex like an apartment or to a business.  If you do not order signature to these areas you are assuming the risk of theft at the destination.  Your items will only be replaced if you ordered "signature" and the items were left without one.

Complete airbrush kits, makeup cases, brush cleaner and equipment such as chairs and lights cannot be mailed Priority or Express Mail. The rest of your order will be sent with the method you requested; the case, airbrush kit and/or brush cleaners will be sent separately when you order priority or express mail.

USPS Express Shipping - $23.00 any size, anywhere in the USA

This is guaranteed to reach you within 2 business days in the USA. Please keep in mind that it will not go out the same day you order - add 1 processing day to the shipping times. Processing takes 24 hours. You will get a tracking number once your item ships. We do not ship on Sundays and Holidays; these should not be calculated into your shipping time estimation.

Please contact us if your package does not arrive within the specified time.

 

FedEx Shipping

We offer 3 types of shipping through the FedEx. Please read them carefully before you order. Please check the FedEx site before contacting us about a missing shipment. Your tracking number was sent to the email address you provided when your order was shipped.

Signature Confirmation is available at check out for all FedEx orders. We highly suggest you order with signature if you are in anything but a safe single family residence. Always ask for signature to a multi resident complex like an apartment or to a business. If you do not order signature to these areas you are assuming the risk of theft at the destination. Your items will only be replaced if you ordered signature and the items were left without one, under the first paragraph.

FedEx Ground

  • Delivery in 3–7 business days; based on distance to destination.

FedEx Ground Home Delivery

  • Residential delivery in 3–7 business days; based on distance to destination.
  • Delivery between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m., Tues.–Sat
  • Available to every U.S. residential address
  • Packages up to 70 lbs.

FedEx Express Saver

  • Third-business-day delivery by 4:30 p.m. to most areas (by 8 p.m. to residences)
  • Available throughout all states except Alaska and Hawaii 

    *Complete airbrush kits, makeup cases and brush cleaner cannot be mailed Express Saver. The rest of your order will be sent with the method you requested; the case, airbrush kit and/or brush cleaners will be sent separately when you order Express Saver.

    You may consider using a private courier or forwarding service like Trans Express, Skybox or Mailboxes Etc. These companies will forward by private courier to most countries.

    If you are in an area that is not on our shipping list, please email us with your order. We will send you a Paypal Request for Payment or wire transfer instructions. We cannot be responsible for items going to areas not within our enabled countries. If you send a Paypal payment and order anything but recommended shipping you are agreeing that you will not do a charge back if your items go missing in the mail system. We cannot reship the items; we cannot refund you the items. We can only send you proof they were shipped as you requested.

    International Standard Shipping:

    Please give First Class shipping 30 business days to get to you. (We do not suggest ordering First Class shipping outside the USA) Normally you will have your package within 10 days but First Class shipping is much slower then Priority and Express. It can take up to 6 weeks in some extreme cases. Please contact us if you do not have your package in 6 weeks. If you need your package quickly, please order Priority or Express mail.

     

    UK Customers and France Customers  Orders shipping to a non billing address may require 10 days to clear. If this is your first order and you order to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, you may wait an extra 10 days for delivery.  In some cases we will refund your card and ask you to pay with a verified Pay Pal account.

    A few countries will require wire transfer funds if you would like to order standard (cheapest) shipping. We do not guarantee shipments sent first class to some countries. If the first class shipping option is not available at check out you will need to email us at service@camerareadycosmetics.com. We do not take credit cards or Paypal when you are using standard shipping to countries with high loss rates. We will give you wire transfer instructions and the total shipping cost by standard mail.  Simply email us your order and we will email step-by-step instructions to wire payment for your package. Some banks and wire services may charge you to make a wire transfer.

     

    International Priority Shipping:

    International Priority Mail will get to you, on average, in 7 to 25 business days, depending on where you are and the customs service in that country. We have no control over how long Customs might hold or delay a package in another country. We do not guarantee delivery time because customs can hold packages for days without our knowledge. Customs fees (where applicable) will be due upon receipt -- we have absolutely no control over this. There are times when a notice slip is lost and you will not know that package is waiting to be picked up at customs.  The customer is responsible for shipping costs and restocking costs on packages they fail to pick up at customs, please check with customs if your package has taken over 2 weeks to arrive to you.

     

    International Express Shipping:

    International Express Mail will get to you normally in 7-24 business days, depending on where you are and the customs service in that country. We have no control over how long Customs might hold or delay a package in another country. We do not guarantee delivery time because customs can hold packages for days without our knowledge. Express Mail is always insured, and you are normally required to sign for Express packages. Customs fees (where applicable) will be due upon receipt -- we have absolutely no control over this. There are times when a notice slip is lost and you will not know that package is waiting to be picked up at customs.  The customer is responsible for shipping costs and restocking costs on packages they fail to pick up at customs, please check with customs if your package has taken over 2 weeks to arrive to you.

     

    Customs Charges/Duty Fees

    Camera Ready Cosmetics is not responsible for customs requirements or charges added by your country. Most countries charge taxes for purchases outside of the country that exceed a certain amount; these are called “duty fees.” Most countries like Australia, allow packages of up to $1,000.00 USD duty free. The UK charges duty fees on almost every package, we do not include this in your order. You will be required to pay this at the time of delivery.

     

    United Kingdom Credit Card Orders:

    Due to high credit card theft, first time customers may be asked to scan their drivers license and email it to us. The address on the drivers license must match the shipping address. Please pay via a verified Pay Pal account to avoid this extra step. We only ship to the billing address on file with the credit card bank or Pay Pal.

     


     

    Policies

    Credit Card Verification (First Time Orders Only):

    If this is your first order with us and you are paying with a credit card we suggest you have the order shipped to the billing address on the credit card. If the billing address on your card is not the address we are shipping to we will have to verify your card for security purposes. This can take a few extra days. 

    As a part of our verification process, you may be required to send Camera Ready Cosmetics a copy of:

    • The credit card used to make the purchase (covering all but the last 4 digits)
    • A government-issued Photo ID for the cardholder (such as a Drivers License)

    If we can't verify your card we will cancel your order. We will ship the order anywhere you like if you are paying with a Paypal verified account or by wire transfer.

     

    Pre-Ordered Items:

    When you order a Pre-ordered product (products with pre-order status) going outside of the USA we will hold your entire order for that item. If you are inside the USA we will ship the rest of your order and ship the pre-ordered item when it arrives (normally no more than 2 weeks).

     

    Damaged or Melted Makeup:

    We are not responsible for items that melt at your residence or in your mailbox. All cream makeup will melt in the heat. We will exchange these items free of charge ONLY if you order Signature Confirmation delivery.

    If you receive a damaged or melted item please let us know.  Email service@crcmakeup.com. We will send you a return label.  We do not offer refunds on damaged or melted items; we will however make sure you get what you ordered in excellent condition.  If you wish to exchange a damaged item for a different item or another color you will need to return the item, we will issue you a store credit for the item minus a 10% restocking fee as a store credit.  You may use this store credit at any time, store credits are not redeemable for cash and you will not receive a refund on your credit card or pay pal account.

     

    Stolen Packages:

    When the post office has delivered your package, our responsibility ends. Please order Signature Confirmation at check out if these items are not going to a locked mailbox or a very safe area.

    International customers can not order Signature. International Express comes with a signature requirement.

     

    Lost Packages:

    We are not responsible for theft at the address you provide us. If you would like a guarantee and insure your package, please order Express Mail or Signature Confirmation at check out. Once your package is delivered our responsibility for that package ends. We will be happy to replace damaged items but we cannot take responsibility for packages stolen at your address. Most theft of mail occurs at a business address or apartment addresses, so please keep this in mind when you provide a mailing address. Please ask for “Signature Confirmation” if you are in an apartment or giving us a business address or suite number. Packages are sometimes stolen at residential addresses as well. If you are not sure your package will be safe after delivery you need to ask for Signature Confirmation at check out. Look for a slip in your mailbox or on your door if you are not home at the time of delivery you will be asked to pick up your package at the postal office.

    If the post office delivers a package to your address and you do not get that package you are free to file a report of the theft with your insurance company. We will provide proof of delivery for your report. Please do not ask us to replace packages stolen at your property or business.

    If you have given your package the proper time period to arrive and it has not, please contact Camera Ready Cosmetics with the following information.

    1. Date of your order
    2. Invoice number on your order
    3. Name on your order
    4. Shipping address of your order

     

    Packages returned for a bad address:

    If the postal service returns your package to us because you gave an incorrect address, your order will be placed back into inventory, you will receive a store credit minus shipping charges. You will be notified by email and will need to place your order again with the correct address.

     

    Packages returned to us because it was not picked up by the customer:

    If your package is sent “signature confirmation” or duty fees are required at pick up (outside the USA) and you fail to pick the package up it will be returned to us  within 2 weeks. We will put the items back into inventory; we will credit your store account minus shipping charges. We are sorry we cannot offer you a refund; you will be given a store credit that you may use at anytime to repurchase your items. Filing a chargeback in these cases will result in a $25.00 USD chargeback fee that will be deducted from your store credit, if there is not enough money in your store account to cover the fees your account will be frozen until all fees are paid.  If you log into your account and see items priced at $1,000.00 USD it means your account has been frozen.  Contact service@crcmakeup.com to pay the fees and reactivate your account. All store credits will be placed back on your account when your account is reactivated. 

     

    Packages returned to us because the post office made an error:

    Once in a while the post office will return a package to us as “undeliverable” through no fault of your own. If this is the case we will make sure you get your package without extra shipping fees, we will refund express or priority charges if you paid for your package to go Express or Priority.

    Why did you send my order Signature Confirmation? Now I have to go pick it up at the post office.

    We sometimes send high value shipments Signature Confirmation; this is to protect your package from theft.

    In hot climates, we may send packages containing foundation "Signature Required" so that your makeup will not melt in the heat. If foundation is left in the sun it will melt in a short time. It is safer at the post office if you are not home to sign for it.

    If you live in an apartment or your package is going to a business we may mail it signature-required so that we have a record of who received the package. Items are less likely to be stolen when a signature is required.

    If your billing and shipping address is not exactly the same we may send the package signature required to protect you against fraud. We may also call you to confirm your identity, or email you to confirm your email address. If we cannot confirm your identity will we hold the package until we do. We do everything in our power to protect people from identity fraud.

    We reserve the right to send your package Signature Confirmation even if you request NO SIGNATURE.

     

    One of my products was cracked in shipping.

    A product will sometimes break or spill in shipping. It does not happen often but it does. Just notify us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will send you a return label via email at no charge to you. We will replace the item at no charge of course. We do not give refunds on these items but we do replace them.

    I ordered one product and got another instead!

    If we make a mistake, let us know and we PROMISE to make it up to you. We will do whatever we have to do to make you happy and to keep you ordering. Just let us know we made an error by emailing service@crcmakeup.com. We do not give refunds on these orders but we will send the correct product to you at no additional charge.
