RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All samples, dropship items, and sales merchandise are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
If you wish to process an exchange, we will email you a gift card upon receipt and processing of your return in our warehouse. You may then place a new order with the gift card when you are ready. All returns must be received within 30 days of receipt. Please note: you may incur additional shipping charges during an exchange.
New products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or gift card. All gift cards are issued through email. You may indicate which option you prefer on our return portal or by contacting customer service.
Gently used products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a gift card. All gift cards are issued through email. Refunds are not available on used items. There is a limit of 10 returns on used products per year, for each customer.
If you receive your order with a damaged product, please reach out to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will send you a return label to quickly resolve this for you. We do not offer refunds on damaged items; we will, however, make sure you get what you ordered in excellent condition.
1. If you are located in the USA, click the link to our Return Portal and follow the prompts. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org or (214) 302-0290 for assistance with an international return.
2. Return items in the original packing and pack items carefully.
3. Please include the order invoice number on the outside of your package so we may properly credit your account.
4. Return labels are provided on our return portal. If you choose to use the provided label, $5.99 will be removed from the return amount. You may choose to use a different method of shipping to avoid this fee. If you choose an alternative shipping method, we recommend delivery confirmation to ensure the item reaches us.

5. Returns are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives in our warehouse.
