Fresh Scratch is a fast drying artificial blood preparation in 2 colors. It does not contain solvent. The light version can be used for simulation of fresh wounds, since the dried Fresh Scratch preparation retains its shine, which allows the simulated wound to still look fresh.
Fresh Scratch is best applied with a stipple sponge or application spatula in typically effectively forms, and then allowed to dry. During the drying phase, the preparation should not be touched, since this will produce matte spots. After drying, Fresh Scratch will not stain upon contact. It can be completely removed from the skin with generous application of soap and warm water.
