It glitters. Which means it disappoints. Heavily. Especially for such a great professional brand. I wanted a shine like the kevyn auction highlighters used to give, something finer than the old Becca liquids but just as luminescent. These are not even close. To repeat, they are glittery. You can see small chunks of glitter in direct light *cringe* finding a highlighter that shines instead of twinkling is getting harder and harder these days.
