Simply wrap the wipe around the wand or lipstick and gently wipe from the base to the lip before re-inserting into the tube. Somewhat disappointed.

I think the ideal is great, but I find that the wipes are too small. Also, a number of wipes in the box are bone dry. Will not repurchase.
