Inconsistent Formulas

I ordered both the black and white gel liners for a Trixie Mattel makeup look for Halloween. The black formula is amazing ... goes on super smooth with an angle brush, is super pigmented, and does not crease. Though it's VERY similar to a drugstore-brand gel liner (that Trixie herself uses) that is half the price. The white formula needs some work though and I really expected more for what I paid for this little jar. I can't even pick up any of the white on a makeup brush, even after trying to thin it out with alcohol, water, or makeup remover. It's just too dry to do anything. Maybe I got an expired/dried up jar but no way to tell since there was no expiration date on the packaging that I could find.

Make up Atelier gel eyeliner EBW white

Awesome product for cut crease, very thick and very white, once u apply it, its ready to put the eyeshadows colors or pigment u need, and trust me, colors will pop!!!
