Add Mixing Liquid to loose pigments like Mehron’s Precious Gem Powder or Metallic Powders to create an intense opaque color that dries down completely! It can also be used to thin products like Liquid Makeup so they can be run through an airbrush. The Mixing Liquid holds for extended periods of time but washes off easily with soap and water.

Size: 4.5oz

Mix a small amount of Mixing Liquid with loose pigments like Mehron's Precious Gem Powder or Metallic Powder to create a fluid liquid makeup. This can be applied by brush, sponge or airbrush. Dries completely and is transfer-proof and water-resistant.

Wash off with soap and water.

Works like a charm

This mixing liquid puts the metallic in the makeup powder. Easy-to-use. We applied with a cosmetic brush. One oz bottle off mixing liquid and one 1 oz gold metallic powder was plenty for the two of us. We won our work Halloween contest. And I got laughs and compliments helping my friend give out candy on Halloween. Highly recommended.

Make Your Eyeliner Eternal

I got this with a few water based liners on the recommendation of another review, and holy smokes does it lock my liner down! I have also used it with other eyeshadows I have to create fine, dramatic lines in a variety of colors.

Mehron Liquid Over Water

So I used this mostly with my hydra liners so I didn’t have to use just water in case they would drip or not be waterproof. This liquid definitely helped with that. Id say for pressed shimmer shadows it was a hit or miss. I didn’t feel it changed the effect all too much. Just made the product go on a bit wet instead of dry.
