I am thrilled that camera ready cosmetics is finally offering the besame range since the brand is hard to obtain in Canada. The shade besame red is my third lipstick from the brand (I also own red velvet and merlot). It's a bright lighter pinky red great for spring. I have fair neutral skin so it still shows up red on me, but on darker warmer skin tones this may show up more pink.
This has a satin finish, but it can be blotted down to a matte finish. I apply it wish a lip brush I blot then reapply straight with the bullet and it lasts a day. This shade stains and is a bit harder to remove. I usually apply this lipstick when I don't want to bother with reapplying. This is not drying which is a plus.
