Mix one drop of the primer with any makeup product of your choice to make it waterproof. It can be applied by sponge, airbrush, or brush.
Remove it by washing throughly with cold or warm water until all make-up residue has been removed from the face.

Professional Renaissance Faire worker here. After a 20 hour day in a 35 lb costume in 90+ degree temps with +70% humidity, my eye makeup is pristine.
