The tuition reimbursement can be used to obtain degrees, diplomas and certifications as well as attend training seminars and workshops that support the company's growing success.

Founder and CEO Mary Erickson understands and emphasizes the importance of educating employees on a continual basis. She believes her company's future growth and success depend on its employees.
