This eye-catching line embodies the phrase “pop of color” by offering a collection of neon’s, shimmers, and everything bold. Think: Caribbean blue, pink flamingo and cha-cha chartreuse! The brand itself describes the line as “…Cosmetic Products for the makeup lovers, for the makeup addicts and for the self-expressionists” and we couldn’t agree more!
Why We Love Made by Mitchell
Launched in 2020, this three-year-old stand-out brand offers pigment dense products that are cruelty-free, budget friendly and packed with potential to create show-stopping looks. Created by Mitchell Halliday, a young British makeup artist whose love of color and makeup drew him into the world of beauty, Made by Mitchell is sure to deliver your next favorite juicy lip-gloss, statement eyeliner and mood-enhancing summer blush.
With over 1 million followers on Instagram, Halliday embraces color, self-expression, and fashion in a way that has become recognizable and signature both of him and of his brand. He was mentored by Sir John while appearing on American Beauty Star and has had several collaborations including those with Beauty Bay and Tatti Lashes. Using his experience and passion for authentic self-expression, he successfully created a brand that is focused on attention-grabbing colors that make the brand's product portfolio a niche and memorable line within a saturated market.

Perhaps the most well-known product is the Blursh - a liquid to powder cream product that is available in blush, bronzer and highlighter shades. This product layers perfectly either underneath or on top of other products and provides a blurring, filter-like finish – hints the name “Blursh.” Because of the dense pigmentation, you can use this product either for a soft wash or apply heavy-handed for statement looks. Also, we love that the Blursh products are suitable for all skin types.
Other fan favorites include products such as: the Graph-ink Liquid Liner and the All Smudge No Budge Rainbow Liner (both available in neutral and neon shades), the Beam Lip Gloss and the palettes - which offer a collection of shades for lip, eyes or face.
Another great call-out we like most about the Made by Mitchell line is the versatility of so many of the products. The Blursh Liquid Blusher, for instance, can be used both for the cheeks and lips and can also be applied on the eyes for a soft wash of color to create a cohesive look. This one product will nearly complete your look while giving the appearance that you invested more time and energy than just the couple of minutes that it really took to blend it into the face. The same goes for the paint palettes which again provide versatility and can be used for concealer, corrector, shadow base, face base, and so much more.
