Size: 10ml tubes
Put a dab (a little goes a long way) on the back of your hand or makeup palette, and use a fluffy flat (not dense) lid brush, and brush it onto the lids.
They do dry fairly quickly so work 1 eye at a time. After it has dried down, and you find that you have missed a spot or it isn't as perfect as you would like, don't be afraid to rub gently back and forth - seriously it won't mess it up.

This formula is kind of kind blowing. I can’t tell whether the base color is red, purple, or brown. It gives a very wet look effect, and glistens depending on the lighting. There is a fine glitter in the eyeshadow that looks to be blue. It also doesn’t budge once it dries down, but you have a lot of time to work with it before it gets to that state. It is also is surprisingly easy to wash off despite being so long wear. I like to wear it built up and sheered down.
