Cannot find a primer that works with this

The coverage is great, and it truly only requires 3 drops. However, that’s where my like of this product ends. Within 30 minutes, it breaks up and becomes uneven and patchy. No primer I have found has helped with this - not oil based, silicone, nor water based. High end, nor low end. So it’s great - but only if you plan to apply it, take a photo and then remove it. I’ve yet to find anything that keeps it in place or prevents the breaking up and patchiness issue.
