The makeup applies smoothly with a brush or sponge and dries 4-5 minutes after application. Use isopropyl alcohol to thin application as needed. To remove, use 99% isopropyl alcohol or isopropyl myristate for sensitive skin. The cream will dry out over time, but can be activated with isopropyl alcohol as needed.
