No gimmicks, this does the trick. I've been searching for a pressed powder that makes my makeup look seamless. This RCMA one does just that. The only "issue" I had was of my own fault - I had a very creamy foundation on and applied the powder too soon. Wait a few moments before applying and it goes on like a dream.

RCMA No Color Pressed Powder is every bit as wonderful as the loose version. It imparts a natural mattifying effect that works on a variety of skin tones and types without creating flashback or altering the skin work beneath it. One of my favorite things about the RCMA No Color Powder (both versions) is that it doesn’t become cakey even after layering it and the pressed version is just perfect for quick touch ups on set. The only quip that I have is that the pressed version is pressed really tightly. It can be a little bit of a struggle to pick the powder up with certain brushes, but I understand that this keeps the compact quite tidy and reduces the amount of waste.
Either way, this pressed powder is a must-have for my set bag and I’m so glad that RCMA began making it!
