I have ridiculously oily, wrinkled, crepey eye lids, dark circles/ discoloration especially near inner eye corner. I need to be able to conceal it to add an eye shadow and get a true eyeshadow color without my dark circles peeking through and without any creasing. This checks ALL the boxes.
-Pros-This keeps my EL camouflage foundation on my eyelids without creasing for 24 hrs. Yes I’m sometimes lazy and don’t take off my makeup. I use very little foundation like a little more than a pin dot to cover one eyelid. I use like a pin drop of this primer under my foundation to cover everything perfectly for literally 24 hrs. I’ve finally found something that actually works. I don’t need to monitor it through out the day for creasing. Everything stays put like frozen in time. Crazy but true. I’ve tried everything because I can afford it.
-The consistency is a watery and slightly white but dries colorless. Drys matte. You don’t have to set it with powder like most primers. This dries within seconds. You don’t have to wait like most primers. If u accidentally put on the wrong eyeshadow you’ll have to start over. Because this primer makes any eyeshadow or makeup stay put until you take it off with an oil based makeup remover. I’ve used this in hot 100 degree weather and in the rain. My eye makeup stays put no budge. I never have to worry about my eye makeup creasing.
