I own MANY loose powders because, probably like you, I haven’t found THE ONE. They all seem to do one thing well but fail elsewhere. My search is for something undetectable and matte that manages my oily skin, and has a simple list of ingredients that I can comprehend! In my search I have settled on a oil control powder formula that I made myself from ingredients/pigments purchased through a cosmetic ingredient company found on the web- it works well but it feels HEAVY on my skin, and it’s not invisible to my eye. I purchased the RCMA No Color version of this from CRC years ago and left a good review for it. Their No Color felt very light on my face and it managed my oil; didn’t keep me as matte through the morning as my homemade powder but did look more NATURAL (which I came to appreciate). Except for the ghostly film. Sorry yes I am one of those that can SEE the No Color on my medium skin, even at the end of the day. It went to the drawer. I don’t know why I did not consider trying their Translucent powder until now! And I don’t know why more people aren’t talking about it. It’s everything I wanted their No Color to be. The slight pigmentation is just enough to make it TRULY invisible on my skin! Try the RCMA Translucent powder if your No Color did not work for you, I’m so glad I did- it’s been unexpectedly exceptional for me!
