Add Aqua Seal to your brush one drop at a time until it is saturated with liquid. Use the saturated brush to apply eyeshadow, Star Lit Powder, Metal Powder, Diamond Powder, or Glitter.
If applying to the eyelids, wait until the product is completely dry before blinking.
Be sure to clean your brush immediately after use to prevent the product from hardening within the bristles.
Pro Tips and Tricks:
Apply just a drop of Aqua Seal to the eyelids to create a solid base for eyeshadows.
For easy removal, use Sens'Eyes Waterproof Makeup Remover on the eyes or Extreme Cleanser or So Divine for the face.

I haven’t used this foot it intended purpose yet- I have been mixing it in with lipstick! Makes it last like a lip stain/ liquid lip. I carry a lip palette and this and then I don’t have to make room for a bunch of liquid lipsticks in my kit!
I'm giving this product two stars for the ease of use and the fact that it was fine for sensitive skin, but I have really watery eyes and of the two times I've used it so far, once it did exactly what it claims, the second time though it didn't help at all. I would expect that for people without watery eyes though it would be phenomenal.
