I really like this product for decreasing puffiness under my eyes. The only thing I don't like about this product is the smell! Would love to see this product in a tub form with a nice scent!
This product gives the cooling sensation to feel like the eyes are being energized, yet the immediate effectiveness hasn't impressed.

I always have this in my skincare kit for people who are swollen from lack of circulation/water/movement. The bags under the eyes start deflating and by the time I'm ready to apply foundation, there is a noticeable decrease in the puffy bags.
