I bought this product in-store (Kohl's I believe). It was on sale from overstock supply and I believe it is the BEST eyeliner. It has a good brush size, great pigment, and is a small enough tube that I can slide it into my purse pouch without it bulking up and taking too much space. The container itself resembles chrome (which makes it stand out from almost all of my other nude and black colored products). Another feature is the spring assist cap. I believe it was designed to "pump" the product into the brush. Similar to a paint marker.
Although mine is now empty, I carry it around and I recommend it to everyone. The application is simple and the brush tip is strong and hasn't ever frayed. I used this product everyday for nearly 2 1/2 months. I would definitely recommend this product!
