Key Ingredients
Trimethylsiloxy Silicate-A member of thesilicone familythat helps create a product that’s moisture, heat and sebum resistant. It enables Ultra Loose Powder to float on the skin, as opposed to settling in fine lines and wrinkles. The unique molecular structure of silicones (larger molecules with wider spaces between each molecule) allows them to form a breathable and protective barrier between skin and the product.
Mica –A naturally occurring mineral that absorbs oil without causing visible buildup on the skin.

This powder is a welcome addition to my kit. I already own a different brand's traditional translucent powder that everyone has, but I find that it can leave too matte of a finish on the skin. Not necessarily a bad thing, but sometimes that is not what I'm going for. Since the composition of this Face Atelier powder is different than regular translucent powder, it leaves a much more silky, velvet like finish to the skin instead of covering up the radiance of base work underneath. A little goes a long way and I love how I can control shine, yet create lifelike skin texture when setting makeup. I'm looking into restocking my translucent colour soon, and purchasing the medium colour for deeper toned clients!

I liked the powder. It is very matte and translucent. My face stayed oil free all day, but unfortunately, my face broke out.
