There's no doubt that popular tv shows and new movie releases will influence the Halloween looks we see each year! That's why it's no surprise one of the top trending Halloween looks is Harley Quinn. We partnered with SFX Artist @caykeface to bring you her take on this popular look!

It may be tempting to jump straight into the colorful eye makeup Harley Quinn is known for, but it's important to start with a great base. Opt for a moisturizing and smoothing primer and long-wearing foundation for all-day (or night) fun!

Using a fine detail brush, create a strong brow using the black shade from the Ben Nye Studio Color Eye & Cheek Rainbow Palette.

Using the Bdellium Tools #962 Slanted Blusher Brush, create a custom blush shade using the Ben Nye Studio Color Eye & Cheek Palette. Next, apply the lightest shade from the Mehron Highlight-Pro 3 Color Palette to the tops of your cheekbones for a healthy glow.

Prime your entire eye area with the Viseart Seamless Eye Primer and with the shade Raspberry, create the shape of a heart onto one eye using the #934 Precision Concealer Brush. Take Stellar Blue and apply a diamond shape on the other eye with the #773 Shading Blender Brush. If you have a hard time creating the shapes, don't worry! The eyeshadow application can be a little on the messy side underneath the lash line because you're going to add glitter on top of it in the next step.

You're Camera Ready!

Apply a light coat of mascara and prepare the false lashes for application. Since the Lashes in a Box N°31 lashes have a clear band, applying some black eyeshadow to the band itself will help to create a more dramatic look.

Step 5: Add the Fine Details

Using the #710 Eye Liner and #760 Liner/Brow Brushes, apply streaks of black eyeshadow and glitter to look like running mascara underneath your eyes and toward your mouth. Add fun details like a black heart under your right eye for the full Harley Quinn effect!

About Camera Ready Cosmetics

Camera Ready Cosmetics was founded in 2003 by Makeup Artist Mary Erickson. She dreamed of having a pro makeup showroom where artists could play with professional products without the typical makeup store attitude.

Today, our team of beauty industry veterans work together to curate the best quality products on the market. We partner with brands who respect the industry and formulate products for true working artists. You won’t find CRC in high-end malls, and we don't wear matching brush belts.

If you want to play with products for a few hours and buy nothing, that's okay ... come in and play! Our store is your playground.
